He has told me about the issues he has faced in the past and whilst he knows he needs treatment, you all are making this so much easier. Your reception staff are polite friendly and very helpful and are always welcoming. They are able to put me at ease knowing he is getting professional care, whilst also being supportive to Paul. This means a lot to us both. Whilst it’s harder for Paul to be able to get his head past what could happen, I can honestly say that the reception staff along with the dentist (Kam) are clearly instilling trust and confidence.
